Eligibility
- One table serves 12 guests at maximum.
- The Gala Dinner is exclusive for alumnae, former or existing teaching staff. Guests are welcome to attend with family members. Regular price applies to any attendants age over 3.
- For current students and parents, please purchase your tickets via school.
Seating arrangement
- The organizing committee will arrange the seating plan for alumnae according to graduating years, so please ensure your graduating years are input correctly.
- The seating arrangement is not on a first-come first-served basis.
- Once you purchase a table ticket, the organizing committee will ensure the guests you input will sit at the same table. Any special seating requests across various transactions are not guaranteed to be satisfied.
Menu
- The Gala Dinner will serve Chinese cuisine. If one of your guests is vegetarian, an additional fee of $970/head will be charged by the hotel. You can indicate the number of vegetarian guests at the shopping cart.
Refund policy
- Dinner tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.
