Young Alumnae Ticket, Gala Dinner

Eligibility

  1. Young Alumnae special price is exclusively applicable to alumnae graduated in or after July 2021. The organizing committee reserves the right to verify the graduating year of the ticket holders.
  2. The Gala Dinner is exclusive for alumnae, former or existing teaching staff. Guests are welcome to attend with family members. Regular price applies to any attendants age over 3.
  3. For current students and parents, please purchase your tickets via school.

Seating arrangement

  1. The organizing committee will arrange the seating plan for alumnae according to graduating years, so please ensure your graduating years are input correctly.
  2. The seating arrangement is not on a first-come first-served basis.
  3. If you wish to sit together with your fellows, we highly recommend you to purchase round table tickets, or purchase multiple individual tickets in the same transaction. Then we shall prioritize seating arrangement. Any special seating requests across various transactions are not guaranteed to be satisfied.

Menu

  1. The Gala Dinner will serve Chinese cuisine. If you are vegetarian, an additional fee of $970/head will be charged by the hotel. You can indicate the number of vegetarian guests at the shopping cart.

Refund policy

  1. Dinner tickets are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Digital Ticket Information:

  1. Digital tickets only. No physical tickets will be issued.
  2. Individual QR code will be sent to each attendant by email in March 2025 to facilitate the check-in process. Upon completing the payment of your order, you will be directed to a page for filling in the guest information, or you can choose to come back later to fill in, so guests can receive the QR code directly in March 2025. Alternatively, if you prefer to dispatch the QR code to them, you can input your email address for all of your fellows.

The Gala Dinner on March 29, 2025 will be held at Hopewell Hotel, 15 Kennedy Road, Wan Chai, HK. With the reception starting at 6pm, the Gala Dinner will be an evening of elegance, featuring a delectable dinner, inspiring speeches, and wonderful performances that reflect the rich heritage of our school. It promises to be a memorable event for reconnecting with old friends, celebrating our shared journey, and welcoming a bright future.
