Return and Exchange Policy

1. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception immediately.

If you believe the product you received is defective, damaged or wrong, please contact us at 125dinner@ywgs.edu.hk with photos and your order details within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the exchange or refund process.

2. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that all event tickets, donations or used items and related handling fee and service fee cannot be refunded or exchanged under all circumstances.

The organizer reserves the right to change the Refund and Exchange Policy without prior notice, and reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.

3. Refunds

Under no circumstances shall your order be refunded except for defective, damaged or wrong product. If you believe the product you received is defective, damaged or wrong, please get in touch with us at 125dinner@ywgs.edu.hk with photos and your order details within 7 days of receiving the item.

Customers shall bring these items to Ying Wa Girls’ School in person with the original invoice to conduct a refund.If the refund is approved, the refund will be paid by cash in person upon the items being brought to the school.

We will not be able to provide a refund or reimbursement on any shipping fees, handling fee, and taxes and duties costs incurred from the original order in any circumstances.
